Early Childhood System Videos
The early childhood system is complex and consists of different programs and funding streams. Sometimes, it can be hard to know what is available for families with young children and then how to connect to those services. Illinois Action for Children created a series of eight videos to help families gain more knowledge about the early childhood system, what is available and how to connect to the service.
